When booking, please bear in mind the difference between “Renting a lane”, vs “Purchasing a Package”. Renting a lane indicates the intent to provide your own firearms, purchasing a package indicates that you wish to utilize our rental firearms.

Range Booking – Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy

All range bookings operate on a schedule due to safety briefings, lane availability, and other scheduled patrons.

Patrons are advised to arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to their scheduled range time.
Bookings are subject to cancellation if arriving more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment.

If you expect to be late, please contact us before your scheduled start time. Approval of late arrival is not guaranteed and is subject to range capacity, safety requirements, and staff availability.

By completing this booking, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy and understand that late arrivals cannot be accommodated once a safety briefing or range cycle has commenced.
